In terms of core detection accuracy, the equipment delivers outstanding performance. Its electrical measurement error is controlled within 2%, while the current and voltage precision reaches ±0.8%. A single test acquires 23 critical module performance parameters. The light intensity inhomogeneity and instability are both ≤2%, and the consistency of test results is ≤1%, ensuring accurate, stable and traceable data for batch inspection. Furthermore, the integrated DC 3000V insulation withstand voltage and leakage current monitoring functions comply with strict overseas electrical safety standards, optimizing product safety and extending the service life of outdoor PV modules.

To match overseas industrial production rhythms, the optimized testing logic streamlines inspection procedures, completing full parameter testing for one module within only 15 seconds to meet high-volume full-inspection requirements.
