Adopting an A-class light source that complies with IEC60904-9:2020, the device covers a spectral range of 300~1200nm with adjustable irradiance from 200 to 1200W/㎡. It accurately simulates complex building lighting conditions such as weak light, temperature fluctuation and partial shading, effectively identifying potential defects including hotspots and current mismatch to adapt to complicated BIPV application scenarios overseas.

In terms of core detection accuracy, the equipment delivers outstanding performance. Its electrical measurement error is controlled within 2%, while the current and voltage precision reaches ±0.8%. A single test acquires 23 critical module performance parameters. The light intensity inhomogeneity and instability are both ≤2%, and the consistency of test results is ≤1%, ensuring accurate, stable and traceable data for batch inspection.
