Wuhan, China – Yoha Solar has introduced its Automatic Solar Module EL and AOI Appearance Tester, a product designed to help manufacturers improve the quality control of solar panels. This system combines two important testing methods—electroluminescence (EL) and appearance optical inspection (AOI)—into one efficient solution.
Improved Testing with Dual-Technology Detection
The EL and AOI Tester uses near-infrared cameras to detect EL defects such as cracks and broken grids, and visible light cameras to check for appearance flaws like foreign matter and color differences. This allows manufacturers to identify both electrical and visual defects, ensuring the production of high-quality solar panels.
