As a core end-of-line quality control device for solar cell production, the YHCT-AAA IV sorter accurately captures I-V curves and calculates key parameters including open-circuit voltage, short-circuit current, maximum power, fill factor and conversion efficiency. It supports monocrystalline and polycrystalline cells, as well as mainstream PERC, TOPCon, HJT and SUNPOWER technologies, fully adapting to diverse modern PV manufacturing testing demands.
Fully compliant with the IEC60904-9:2020 international standard, the tester adopts imported Heraeus pulsed xenon lamps with a 300~1200nm spectrum that perfectly matches AM1.5 irradiance distribution. It features adjustable irradiance from 700W/m² to 1200W/m² (standard 1000W/m²), with both irradiance non-uniformity and instability controlled within ±2%. The 10ms short pulse design guarantees consistent, repeatable testing results.

High-precision electrical performance testing
Equipped with four-wire measurement technology and a 16-bit 4-channel high-speed synchronous acquisition card, the device collects up to 8,000 data points per test. It achieves 1mV voltage resolution and 1mA current resolution, with overall measurement error and inconsistency within ±1%, precisely identifying minor cell performance differences. Covering a 0.1W–15W power range and completing single tests within 5 seconds, it perfectly matches high-frequency mass production inspection rhythms.
