The core technical indicators of the equipment are strict, and its performance is stable and reliable, strictly complying with industry standards. In terms of simulated light source, its spectral matching degree meets the IEC60904-9 spectral irradiance distribution requirements (AM1.5), the total irradiance intensity reaches 100mW/cm², the irradiance adjustment range covers 20mW/cm²~120mW/cm², the irradiation non-uniformity is only ±1%, and the irradiation instability is as low as ±0.5%. The single irradiation pulse time is 60ms, equipped with a German Haman xenon lamp with a service life of up to 300,000 times. It also has a flash count prompt function, which can be reset to zero after replacement. The irradiation direction adopts a vertical upward light emission design to ensure testing stability.

Precise Measurement of Electrical Performance
In terms of measurement performance, the equipment performs outstandingly. The effective test area reaches 2600mm×1500mm, which can cover the module power test of 5W~700W format. The measurement voltage range is 0mV~200V (resolution 1mV), the measurement current range is 0mA~20A (resolution 1mA), and it is suitable for working in an ambient temperature of 15℃~35℃. The equipment adopts a four-wire measurement method, with a measurement inconsistency of ±0.5% and an error of ±1%. It can accurately measure multiple core parameters such as Isc, Voc, and Pmax, completing one measurement every 5 seconds. The I-V curve and P-V curve can collect 8000 data points, ensuring accurate and comprehensive test data.
In addition, the equipment is equipped with complete test auxiliary functions and intelligent configurations, supporting automatic compensation of irradiance and temperature. It has a built-in non-contact infrared temperature measurement module, which can realize temperature compensation and real-time display; the test results support voice announcement and prompts, synchronously display the test time and I-V characteristic curve, and can save the test parameters to a specified user-named file. It supports data summary by time period and printing in Excel format. The supporting special software can realize multiple functions such as temperature compensation coefficient input and automatic serial number increment. The whole machine is fully configured, including test host, light source, computer and other complete equipment, adopting Mean Well power supply, Siemens PLC control system and Weinview touch screen operation, which further improves the operation convenience and operation stability, and can realize 24-hour continuous work.
