The YHMT-AAA Long Pulse Width Module IV Tester is specially designed for the testing of new large-size and high-capacitance modules. It adopts a 10~100ms long pulse light source, which effectively overcomes the capacitance effect and thermal effect errors of traditional flash testers, simulating the real solar irradiation environment. Its light source meets the IEC60904-9:2020 spectral requirements (Class A), with an effective testing area of 2500*1500mm, test result consistency ≤1%, and electrical performance measurement error ≤2%. It can accurately calculate core parameters such as module power point and fill factor, and is suitable for the assembly line testing of new modules such as double-glass and TOPCon.

YHMT-AAA Long Pulse Width Module IV Tester
The YHEL-2400 Solar Module EL Defect Detector realizes non-destructive testing of internal defects of modules based on the principle of electroluminescence imaging. Equipped with a Yoha-customized 48-megapixel camera, it can detect fine cracks with a width of less than 0.03mm, effectively identifying various defects such as hidden cracks, broken grids and cold soldering. The equipment has an effective testing area of 2600*1500mm, and the image acquisition time is adjustable from 1 to 60 seconds, which runs through key processes such as before and after module lamination, helping enterprises control product quality from the source.
