Perovskite Solar Cell EL+PL Tester
Currently, relying on advantages such as high efficiency, low cost, and flexible customization, perovskite solar cells have become the core direction for the photovoltaic industry to transform from "efficiency involution" to "technological breakthrough". They are in a critical period of transition from laboratory benchmarks to pilot-scale mass production, and high-precision testing equipment is the core support for promoting their industrialization. With more than 20 years of experience in the photovoltaic testing field, Yoha Solar, relying on its strong independent R&D capabilities and rich industrial application experience, accurately identifies industry pain points and tailor-makes this testing equipment specifically for perovskite solar cell R&D.

As a core quality control tool throughout the entire life cycle of perovskite solar cells, this new product integrates two core technologies: electroluminescence (EL) and photoluminescence (PL), realizing full-dimensional non-destructive testing from device electrical defects to intrinsic material quality, perfectly adapting to the full scenarios of R&D, pilot-scale production and mass production. The effective testing area of the equipment reaches 300×300mm, supporting customized upgrading, with a testing cycle of ≤10S (excluding loading and unloading), which greatly improves testing efficiency and balances scientific research accuracy and mass production efficiency.

In terms of core performance, the equipment is equipped with a dual-camera configuration: a 12-megapixel telephoto camera is accurately adapted for micro-sample testing, and a 20-megapixel short-focus industrial camera achieves full-field coverage of large samples, with a sensitivity of 50~100μm, which can accurately capture micron-level defects such as hidden cracks, broken grids, and uneven coating. The EL module supports 0-120V wide voltage and 0-2A wide current power supply, equipped with comprehensive safety protection functions; the PL module adopts 450-460nm laser excitation, with a spot uniformity of ≥95%, and is also equipped with TRPL time-resolved function, which can quantitatively analyze carrier lifetime and provide accurate data support for process optimization.
The equipment is easy to operate and comprehensive in functions, supporting free switching between three modes: EL single mode, PL single mode, and EL/PL synchronous imaging. The dedicated measurement software can realize multiple analysis functions such as defect identification, intensity quantification, and lifetime fitting, and also supports barcode input and report generation, realizing standardization and intelligence of the testing process. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a complete maintenance system and safety specifications to ensure long-term stable operation.
